Greece

We ship with the carriers as described below:

1.     Courier: Orders of weight up to 2 kr within Greece are sent with a courier service.
2.     ΕΛΤΑ: Orders of weight more than 2 kr within Greece are sent with Hellenic Postal services , Registered mail.

Everywhere else.

1.     Delivery to all countries outside Greece are send with Hellenic Postal services , Registered mail.

All orders are provided with a tracking number, to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing

All our products are handmade and are often made to order. Therefore we need 1-3 working days to process and ship your order.

In some circumstances more time may be needed to process and order. On this occasions you are promptly informed about the processing duration and the ecpected date of shipping.

Time of delivery

The stated delivery times below are the usual time your order needs to arrive its destination after it is shipped. They are not binding  dates, as damanohandmade.com does not control the delivery service carriers as well as special circumstances that may occur (f.e strikes).

If you need a product for a specific date, we suggest ordering it as soon as possible.

ΕLTA:  3-7 working days

Worldwide

Europe: 7-10 working days

Othercountries: 10-15 workingdays
